By downloading or using Kanso Gate, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
Kanso Gate is a productivity tool designed to facilitate focus through a gamified «Dojo» system. We provide the platform, but the responsibility for your focus and time management remains yours.
3. User Accounts
To save your progress (Lanterns, Coins, and Badges), you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our community standards or attempt to «cheat» the coin economy via technical manipulation.
4. Virtual Currency (Coins) & Assets
- Coins: «Coins» earned in Kanso Gate are a virtual currency with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the app.
- Purchases: Any «purchases» made within the app using virtual coins are final. These assets (Temples, Music, Masters) are for your personal, non-commercial use within the app only.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or «hack» the application.
- Use automated scripts or bots to simulate focus sessions and earn coins.
- Use the app for any illegal purposes or to distribute harmful content.
6. Limitation of Liability
Kanso Gate is provided «as is» without any warranties. While we aim to help you focus, we are not responsible for any missed deadlines, lost work, or productivity issues resulting from the use or technical failure of the app.
7. Intellectual Property
All app designs, pixel art, original music, and «Kanso Gate» branding are the exclusive property of the developer. You may not use these assets for external projects without express written permission.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction.
